The three alarm fire hit the 3 story building and was considered a likely complete loss. The Price Hill Historic Society which is located behind the structure was evacuated but that building was untouched.
Several people were displaced by the fire and everyone escaped. The building is a major anchor to that area and its unclear what its loss will mean to ongoing revitalization efforts.
