Cincinnati Preservation Bargains: A trio of Townhouses

Cincinnati is fortunate to have built many fine townhouses back in its heyday and remarkably many have survived. These are the same townhouses you would see on the market for 1-2 MILLION dollars in Brooklyn NY. In fact I know of one transplanted New Yorker who recently bought a townhouse (they actually read this blog before they moved) that as they put it "Would have ran me 2 Mill in Brooklyn".

If you would like to see what real estate prices are like in the "real world' you might check out these sites: http://www.brownstoner.com/ and http://www.dcbrownstone.com/
