Over the Rhine: 1737 Elm Demo on hold

The property at 1737 Elm has had a hold placed on demolition do the city can review a preservation plan being submitted by a potential buyer of the property according to Danny Klinger.

Local Preservationists and Findlay Market business interests had lobbied city officials to place the hold on demo so alternatives could be found. We will keep you posted on the progress but there is some optimism that this may e a preservation "win" for OTR.
