The small Community of Bellevue is one of the biggest preservation success stories in Greater Cincinnati. Hear how and why the City chose preservation as a revitalization tool for its neighborhoods and its historic commercial district. Learn about its innovative programs, including a local historic district and a form-based codes initiative. Then tour the business district and have lunch on the "Avenue"
