There has been a lot of activity in this block of Dayton Street lately, Museum house projects, some major restorations and a quick move back to conversion of houses to single family AND you are on "Millionaires Row", the famed 800 block of Dayton, within a stones throw of some of the grandest homes in the downtown.
811 Dayton is offered at 13,400.00 and may be the lowest price house ( and potentially the last) to ever be offered in that price range. A house across the street (also a restoration project) is pending at 99K.
